0.942 Bug fixes/changes

-Fixed a couple more bugs associated with characters dying, should all be smooth now

-Fixed old bug that made random event button texts different sizes

-Fixed hopefully all instances of money being rounded up in decimal places, for example $12.3 instead of $12.30

-Added tutorial toggle to the "Lets Go" panel so players can choose to have tutorials when starting
